Last, a 4” pairing knife. Another straight upgrade from Henckels to Zwilling. More nimble handle than my other one. Slimmer blade for more diligent shit. Can be a steak knife in a pinch

Second: 6.5” Nakiri from Miyabi (Zwilling’s Japanese brand). Replacing a cheapo nakiri I got off of an instagram ad like 8 years ago.

Of course! First we go the 8” Zwilling pro chefs knife. This is replacing my current Henckels 8” (owned by the same company, basically their “lower end” brand. Pic for reference)

I like this one because it doesn’t have that thick bolster at the base, which is good for some people but not me
