You can do a special vote - but you have to be enrolled to vote already as the last day to enrol was yesterday.

if you’re special voting you need to be enrolled already (the last day to enrol was yesterday). don’t be surprised (or deterred) if there are queues! the early bird gets to exercise their democratic rights without having to stand in line too long
