I'm always suspicious when there are multiple bags of dog pooh 💩 placed in my wheelie bin. It is a great deterrent to stop someone looking into the bin beyond a quick view. It only occurs(placing of pooh 💩 bags) once in a blue moon, and it is even more odd today with the constant rain this morning.
The most annoying ads are the fake advertisements using A.I. of famous Australian business people like Mike Cannon-Brooks. Clearly it isn't him, but google seems quiet ok with being part of a fraud, as long as they get paid.

The youtube advertisements are getting crazier by the day. They don't seem to follow my interests or needs, rather they target some wierd cohort they sell advertising air to. A 1/3 seems dodgy, another 1/3 is irrelevant. I'm starting to seriously contemplate subscribing to avoid
The street sweeper went up our street this morning, on a Monday during the Cup long weekend, when nearly every car is parked in the street covering the kerb.

Prunella Scales, who has died aged 93, was superb as Sybil in Fawlty Towers and in so many other roles. Here’s my musical tribute to a wonderful actress.
Interesting debate, yes China has no interest in the Atlantic Ocean(global actor), but do see the Indian Ocean(Oil supplies), the Southern Ocean(fish supplies) and the Pacific Ocean as in their vital interests.
I dont mean to dunk on Alex here. But there is this persistent misconception that PRC wants to "replace" the US as a global actor, including in naval affairs. This is wrong. Current PLAN priority is to allow dominance in Asia, including potentially having to defeat USN in a related confrontation.
They can dominate their near seas for sure. I just doubt the capacity for global actor beyond them

1/ The Russian government is to implement what it calls a 'dronification' rating for Russia's regions, in which they will be assessed for their success in producing UAVs. However, as Russian warblogger 'Military Informant' warns, it's ripe for cheating and perverse incentives. ⬇️

If it was legal to register a political party under the name “None of the Above” and a candidate of the same moniker you’d win govt in a landslide.
🚨 NEW: Just 13% of Australians think Sussan Ley is the best person to lead the Liberal Party, according to new Essential polling

Among Coalition voters, 22% think she is the best to lead, while 20% think Andrew Hastie would be better
While I'm on my soapbox, I've only ever owned and worn one of these for painting, but now they are a couple. 🤔🤨

The magic of time and being o/s for a period.
Ok, I'm impressed. I need to take a seriously look at this thing to see what is there.
