If you mainly consume/conduct your politics online it’s easy to conflate “national elected Democrats” with “Democrats”

I have to assure you, we party organizers and voters are far better than our leaders and we deserve fighters. You don’t hate “Democrats” - you hate a few Congressional reps

Perhaps most significantly, researchers have learned that queer people were largely reported by people in their own communities. As many as a third of LGBTQ+ people who were arrested were denounced, that is reported to the Nazis, by their friends and family.

”That really changes the understanding of the Nazi period, because it’s easier to think that this was just a top-down hard line or dictatorial regime implementing all these policies, and they’re the ones doing the hunting down and finding of the so-called enemies of the state,” said Newsome. “But what we’re actually seeing is that most Germans just did nothing to protect LGBTQ folks.”

Oh, it’s because Mr. Schumer is a political leader. He’s actually got a very high-level elected position and is one of the current “leading” Democrats.

They aren’t asking some random person here, they’re asking one of the people whose failures helped let Trump come back.

Yeah, a couple days ago he was complaining about how normal people have friends and enjoy life instead of stewing in a toxic mix of fear and anger.

You need to stop using the word “hypocrite” until you can use it correctly. I know you don’t want to learn anything about how the law works, are you interested in understanding the definition of a word you use a lot?

Actually, I’ve noticed he doesn’t even try. He keeps waiting a few hours in between trying *different* versions of “the only thing you thought I was wrong about” or “the only thing you *claimed I was lying about” and just ignores everything else.
