A weak dollar is part of Trump's scheme to help the wealthy. It screws American consumers with higher prices on a variety of (imported) goods but helps certain US corporations & CEOs export their products.

A weak dollar is a symptom of high inflation & economic weakness. TRUMP DID THIS.

It has nothing to do with the Constitution, it has to do with judicial activism and political partisanship.
