USAians should care whether USA and USAians are winning, assuming a 'win' is even possible.

USA is petty partisan tribal enough already.

Why do USAians put up with Trump & Co. when USA's Constitution allows removal from office by the people (not Congress, but THE PEOPLE)?

Explain.

Could it be USAians a) really like what Trump & Co. is doing and b) enjoy complaining about it while doing nothing to stop what they complain about?

One solution we suggest is USAians start practicing some democracy.

Not easy that is.

The alternative, we offer, is less easy.

Cut to the chase and describe the situation as it is, to wit: Lord-Serf.

Now go a bit further with the real reality: The users, consumers, commenters, etc. here and similar 'social media' platforms are the Serfs. And, many/most of those talked about, usually with disdain, are the Lords.

Not sure that's the point Reich is trying to make.

That said, 'robs' is overstatement and excessively pejorative. 'Costs' would be more accurate, more honest, and less propagandistic.

USA tends to have a Public Defender/Federal Defender program, where cost to the accused is minimal to nil.

If an indictment were truly meaningful, substantive, probative, etc., etc., etc., your ' he's out to get us sky's falling' diatribe would, most likely, be worthy of attention.

Thing is, an indictment is only meaningful to satisfy a 5A requirement.

Beyond that, an indictment is a nothing.

Pretty sure USAians, when they hear the terms 'fascist' or 'fascism' do not conjure Mussolini.

Pretty sure too that USAians don't know 'fascism' means the equivalent of USA's 'e pluribus unum'.

Hitler today is bigger than the Hitler of old and encapsulates all that was Nazi Germany.

Thing is, USA has never been much of a democracy. And, we offer, is less so today.

Moreover, USAian culture is, today, extremely tribal. And, warring at that.

Can't have a democracy in that condition.

Journalism can be a crime. So, gotta start there. Journalists who bear witness and obstruct law enforcement pers while doing so are committing a crime. Gotta include that too. Assuming you want to be honest and complete in your journalism efforts.
