In addition to presenting the shitstorm likely to fall should those using Trump as cover to get their way, how about you walk your audience through all the if/then conditions that must be satisfied prior to a proper/constitutional invocation of 10 USC, Subtitle A, Ch. 13, Pt. I?

As others have stated: Trump is a shiny bright object, used by others to misdirect.

Sure, Trump himself may be severely discounted, for the reasons in the graphic, plus some.

That said, the others who are using Trump need to be heeded.

We say no literal/physical convention and no virtual convention either, to wit: An individual could hand walk a petition to each State, to obtain ratification or rejection, where if 38 or more ratifications are received, the petition is Amendment.

We do offer the delegitimization of USA's government institutions has underway since the 1980's. As such, you have 1) a thoroughly indoctrinated society as function of 2) an entrenched systemic condition.

Solutions won't be easy.

Delegitimization of USA's government institutions is the problem.

Prevent further delegitimization/turn around the delegitimization that has occurred and all the secondary/tertiary players will go away on their own.

Don't, and you'll never reach resolution.

It'd be nice, but not required.

To disparage either for their lack of awareness or knowledge is juvenile and displays lack of knowledge re offices of POTUS and SECDHS.

Not POTUS' job to know what Habeas Corpus is.

POTUS' job is to ensure laws regarding, involving, etc. Habeas Corpus are faithfully executed. Or, as may be necessary, defend the Constitution relative to enemies domestic.
