Today’s OP/ED is Ranma 1/2 (2024) ED2!
I’m already loving Season 2! It is already feeling different thanks to staying true to the manga, the animation is still amazing and little touches like Akanes dance in this ED being from the OG intro make it feel nostalgic.

They’re not a common sight around here but the last few days I’ve seen Echidna’s while driving home!
Kangaroos are all over my town, and there’s a nature preserve area where you see heaps all together in the morning and evening.

I believe it was because there was so little storage on the cartridge that countless things shared the same variables.
Some call it a mess, I call it the work of mad geniuses working with what they had to make something that shouldn’t have been possible.

I noticed that when you go over extra details of some the jobs certain skills up the steal rate. Brawler from the monk is one of them, which is inate to the monk. So if I choose a monk, give them Steal AND another skill that ups stealing do they stack? Going to test this!

I also want to know why we haven’t gotten a “Kai” version like DBZ did. Probably because of the jarring differences in animation quality and the aspect ratio change.

This never clicked for me. I got halfway through it and while I got the odd laugh it was far too spaced out for me to continue with it. I have a similar problem with My Deer Friend Nokotan.
But I won’t deny that hallway scene is iconic.
It’s in this (Fucking great) AMV for a second and I notice it!

This was a really nice series but unfortunately it’s hard to recommend since it just stops mid story.
With all the anime getting remakes to tell a full story I hope this one day gets that treatment.
