Among many problems with a litigation-heavy economic system is that companies like OpenAI cannot admit to mistakes leading to catastrophic consequences without exposing themselves to litigation, so, instead, they have to double down and twist into pretzels to deny wrongdoing instead of improving.

I’m 300 pages into this—my first Joe Hill book—and it is, indeed, excellent. Makes well use of its numerous pages.

I absolutely loved this book: its indulgent, sprawling, and features a great, rich cast of characters: transfer-orbit.ghost.io/king-sorrow-...

This looks really cool.
Mohrta is an FPS Demon's Souls-like with so, so much soul. There's some technical rough edges due to the engine choice (GZDoom) and also it being a two-man production, but the atmosphere just shines through. Every level is a unique locations with fresh enemies and the talky characters are loveable.

I am a sucker for the holidays, so Post Games is on sale till Sunday night.

$1 gets you all episodes. Videos. Bonus content. No ads. Everything.

(But for real, after this, I need to stop with the sales, because this is a terrible way to make money!)

Listen, LLM plagiarism machines are awful, but I will not stand for this Swamp Water libel. It’s the king of drinks.
ChatGPT’s signature writing style is everywhere now, and I hate it. It reminds me of when we tried mixing all the beverages at the soda fountain in middle school. We didn’t actually create the perfect drink, we just made a cloying monstrosity that lost everything good about its constituent parts.
