This game also has launched during one of the busiest times of the year where it's been banger after banger as well. Its price point, hostility towards critics, use of AI for voice overs - it all has just not resonated esp when there is *literally anything else* to play.

I don't root for any game to come out and do poorly, but the Ship of Heroes team complaining about being review bombed (they aren't being review bombed) instead of understanding the fundamental reasons why SoH isn't resonating with fans is something else.

I’ll mention, though it took time and it may or may not have been pressure from the community that made it happen, I DID hear from Wizards of the Coast yesterday. The person I spoke to was very nice and apologetic and I have no doubt they will see to it that I have access to getting a Secret Lair.
