It’s a dog whistle, but he actually also means low iq people, like people with intellectual disabilities. Like kids of my friends, like people I was friends with in elementary school before we got tracked differently. He wants to get rid of disabled people too.

Very powerful Win at the Minnesota Supreme Court today in Jaycee Cooper versus USA powerlifting.
