The 100-mile border enforcement zone in the U.S. allows Customs & Border Protection (CBP) to conduct searches & interrogations without a warrant/probable cause within 100 miles of any land/maritime border. Legal or NOT this is what DHS is using without public knowledge & against innocent people IMO
