Update: MRI is done and they want to put a stent in. There was sort of a discussion over whether or not I could eat anything today when the procedure won't be until tomorrow, and I'm literally crying. My nurse just got this all sent up

Update: HIDA scan was unfortunately inconclusive, but you know I asked them how many people ask about becoming The Hulk when they get injected with that stuff (apparently everyone). Next up: an MRI has been ordered.

Update: I was on IV fluids overnight and did a HIDA scan this morning. Once they have the results, I may finally be able to eat and drink! Yay!

Finally at the other hospital and in a room! Still nothing to drink or eat today, so watching TV with ads was RUDE! Hopefully we can get this consult going quick so I know what else to expect!

Update again: they found a blood or bile leak on the CT and want me admitted where I had surgery. So I'm being transported shortly.

That's a good point, but now that I'm home, I'm about a block away from another hospital if anything really goes horribly wrong. It was an outpatient procedure, so I'm sure I'd have a big fight on my hands trying to get something covered. Fingers crossed I'm on the mend and won't need anything!

I finally got a shower! And I'm only slightly shakey! I'm honestly scared to go back to my apartment that doesn't have a recliner and won't have any help if I need things, but my parents leave for vacation tomorrow morning. Hopefully nothing goes wrong and I actually start feeling a lot better soon!
