Using the litany against fear to try to calm down while anxious at a hospital is kind of fucked up when your fear is that someone is gonna die.

Spent last night at the ER with my mom (she’s ok & back home) and did not realize til we pulled up to the parking lot of that hospital and I burst into tears how much trauma I associate with that specific hospital. 1/2
