I went back and read a book series my dad introduced me too back in 2010. It was an entertaining sci fi story. Then I went and looked at all the author’s other books. Apparently they’re mostly monsterfucker romance stories.

Once I saw this trans guy I knew when I was a “woman” in “drag” and got nervous he would be offended. Like… oh no will he think I’m appropriating man culture?
Looking back, I’m pretty sure he was just laughing to himself about how my egg was clearly about to crack.

Sometimes I flip open an old diary from 25 years ago and find a sentence like “I dunno, maybe I’m like… a man? Just a thought,” that I don’t remember writing at all. I don’t remember even thinking that. And I definitely didn’t deal with that until I was 33.

Dysphoria was a completely unhelpful concept to me because it was just the way I felt all the time forever—the norm.
Euphoria showed me there was an alternative. Like, did you know you can live in your body and it’s good? I had no idea!

Latest projects - small coin purse I tried new techniques out on, and another glasses case. I started PT for carpal tunnel syndrome so I’m trying to give my hands a break from this since I tend to get hyper focused for hours… like 8 hours at once 😅
