Portland police arrested a right-wing agitator at the ICE facility. Protesters say this man punched a woman in the face on video. I’ll update if I see the video, but it seems very likely given how fast PPB responded and what everyone is saying.

Massive escalation at the Portland ICE facility. Worst I’ve ever seen. More pepper balls than I can count. Teargas in the middle of crowd. Violent arrests. Some type of either noise or rubber bullet shotgun fired into the air then later aimed at protesters chests/heads at near point blank range.

Feds on the roof just threw teargas within a couple feet of me. Loud explosion. They seemingly threw it because a couple people were sitting on the little wall in front of the facility.

A crowd of right-wing agitators just stormed through chanting “Whose streets? Our streets.” A woman appears to have been shoved to the ground (hear clothes were dirty and hand had a small cut). A right-wing man may have been punched.

Feds arrest one person at the Portland ICE facility at around 7:30. The reason is again unclear, but it was likely for stepping over the blue line. They were dragged into the facility by five agents while one filmed.

ICE is asking to be sued if they keep shooting pepper balls from the roof.

They hit an unarmed priest in the head in Chicago. A woman in Boston was killed by Boston police when she was shot in the eye by a pepper pellet in 2004.
