The SCOTUS majority must know this. The only conclusion is that they don’t care.

“Dozens of sitting judges shared with The Times their concerns about risks to the courts’ legitimacy as the Supreme Court releases opaque orders about Trump administration policies.”

Add that to him siccing the DOJ on Black women like Lisa Cook, Tish James and Rep. McIver with criminal investigations, and a pretty clear picture is being painted here

kimberlyeatkins.bsky.social
I knew there must be a hitch if “heritage Americans” are defined as those whose ancestors fought in the Civil War (as mine did). And here it is from the term’s lead proponent: “the majority of blacks have demonstrated that they cannot function within the old European cultural standards.” Nice.

The nativist right keeps talking about “heritage Americans.” It's a buzzword engineered to move the goalposts on immigration even further, argues @alibreland.bsky.social.

In times of economic insecurity, young adults usually opt for college (or grad school), but with all of the cuts across the country, especially grad programs, paired with student loan cuts, I think we are creating an unusual storm of uncertainty for the next generation.
