A few years ago I picked up a Cards hat to wear out in the garden. He saw it & glared at me. Days later he went down to Philly for a game & brought me back a nice, fitted Phils cap that I still have. I asked "why did you do that",he said I couldn't stand seeing you in that other cap".😅

The Phillies should ask Garrett Stubbs to retire and hire him as their bench coach. Have Rob Thomson train Garrett.

No, I did not scout their minor league system-. The Phils would have gone through it all.
as it was the Phils basically had the NL East sewed up by Sept 1st.. Kyle Schwarber was not a factor in the playoffs as it turns out.

Yes, but he wasn't in August. He would have been a short term rental for the Reds....BUT- IF Cincy is where he wants to end up, then the Reds have him in-house and have a leg up on signing him. Now the Phils get nothing. I could see him staying in Philly- if Philly pays the highest price $$$$
