Funny enough, I saw someone express their worry for how Glitch is essentially picking up indie IPs left and right. It’s like Glitch is becoming the Disney of Indie Animation which has me a wee worried? But I hope Glitch doesn’t end up being a monopoly like Disney has.

As happy as I am that Lackadaisy got picked up by Glitch, the whole drama with their Kickstarter and their transphobic crew member and how they treated Spindlehorse for SIMPLY SUPPORTING THEM has really yucked any yum I have on wanting to watch it to be honest.

As someone who thought KH was…kinda sorta bad and didn’t understand its popularity (you can thank JelloApocalypse for that /s), as well as thought that a crossover between Disney and Final Fantasy was “fanficcy”, I can say I’m easting my own words cause I’m…a wee bit invested with the story so far!

TADC is very competently done and very entertaining but is also very simplistic. Despite its inspo none of the characters have any friction besides Jax with the rest of em, and 90% of the emotional moments consist of the same camera shots of two characters doing therapy speak.
