I think in part it's showing that, regardless of what Adam truly was, Lute always saw him the way he wanted to be seen. Him wearing that mask 24/7 is an indicator of how much he wanted to be seen as more than what he was, and out of everyone, Lute definitely viewed him in that larger-than-life way.

Absolutely. Part of it is that Lute can't acknowledge that Adam made any missteps. But I also think that because Lute considers herself an extension of Adam--a solider who wouldn't have dreamed of disobeying his orders--she projects that onto Charlie's whole crew as well, including Niffty.

I love that Blitzø got here. Whatever happens with Stolitz in S3, it heals my heart that Blitzø finally understood that he can offer something other than pain in a relationship. So he doesn't hesitate to give Stolas support and comfort, even with the tension and uncertainty lingering between them.

I hate Lute. Like, HATE. Which is a sign that she's a fantastic character. Jessica Vosk is incredible, and to be clear, I don't begrudge anyone loving her. Not yucking anyone's yum. Just putting out there that she triggers all my bully/homophobe buttons. I am fascinated to see where she goes in S2.
