haha i'm going to cry. my hospital's newsletter put out an article entitled "how to support neurodiverent colleagues (and yourself)" & it has legitimate resources/suggestions. & it wraps up at the end saying with this lovely paragraph about how supporting neurodiverent people benefits all of us.

it feels so weird. i've literally been working 50-60+ hours a week for months, being home and having time to myself is so foreign. next week i am working like 57hrs and 49hrs the next, but still, i'm slowly getting there to be working less. it's feeling so nice.

i've finally had a chance to do things around the house because i had TWO DAYS off in a row. i haven't had that in weeks. i was able to put away laundry, empty a couple straggling boxes from the move, put away dishes, and a few other things. it feels so nice to have time to myself finally. 😭😭😭

i'll never forget the time when i was really manic and spent two entire hours of my life in a target organizing a very fucked up clearance section and putting away clothes that we're all over the floor and not on the racks. entirely free labor. just manically cleaned up an entire clothing rack. lmao
