I also had a hyper fixation on the album dorkrockcorkrod by The Ergs! It’s music that should have been popular but wasn’t for some reason. There’s a Steve Albini mix of the album that came out like last year and that’s the one

It was very funny recently I went to see a movie and it was when the Tron Ares trailer had just started to run. Some guy in the audience went “ooh” when he saw it was a Tron movie, then was immediately like “aw man, what the fuck??” When he saw Jared Leto’s face
