Trans Exclusionary Republican Fascists.
I remember the first local election I was eligible for, I tried looking into the candidates and couldn't find anything. Haven't bothered since. I also actually have no idea what local government even does.

I wish I was as up on Aussie politics as I am on the US.
So the Bendigo feed dropped out like a minute into the third quarter and never came back? #WNBL26
Not that it's a good signing, but I believe that Russell Westbrook is the first former MVP to play for the Sacramento Kings, ever. First MVP to play for the franchise at all since Oscar Robertson, who actually won it as a Cincinnati Royal.
What does "tag up" mean here?
Just messaging "it was nice to meet you" and nothing else comes across as a polite brush-off TBH.
I believe it's had rights issues. Nothing to do with streaming or culture or anything else.
Yeah, obviously got changed at some point. But still, wild that someone disagreed with a characterisation and just started an argument right there on the page. Not even a new paragraph!

Not only does he not own Bluesky, he's not even involved in Bluesky in any capacity.
If the score in each quarter matters, it needs to be on the scoreboard. Commentators aren't even bothering to mention it in the closing stages of each quarter. #NBL26 #IgniteCup
Their Blu-rays make money.
Y'all are talking like these things no longer exist? I can understand having easy access to streaming making it less likely you go to your shelf, but if you want that sort of content it's readily available.
The thing is, I do kinda get it because Shyla was a rookie at the time and Shane had a pretty decent profile here, but at the same time they didn't even use his name in the headline so what's the point?
But that's not what the conversation was about.
New Orleans Pelicans playing Melbourne United in Melbourne, and it's somehow a Pelicans home game? WTF? #NBL26 #NBAxNBL
But that was when advertisers were running the shows themselves, and the shows existed solely to air those specific ads. They were more akin to sponsored segments than to commercials as they exist today.
As I understand the AEW situation, TNT sells the ads and has no hand in AEW creative. Can't sell ads based on who's on screen if you don't even know who will be. And scrambling to 'put together ad breaks based on who's currently on, seconds before commercial? Makes no sense.
McMahon used to throw out the entire script day of. They're gonna go back and re-negotiate their ad buys?
A segment goes long, shifting the show by one ad break. Your 9.17pm ad break is full with buyers who want ads at that time, but there's an ad scheduled for "whenever Don Callis is on screen" and he'll be on at that time. Now what?
If nothing else, such a system would be completely unworkable for live TV.
