This is Twitter discourse in 2026: An actual Government official arguing with Nazis not for their evil hatred, but for their evil hatred of different minority groups than the ones she hates, evilly.
US official Sarah Rogers who is currently the "Under-Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy" falsely claims on Twitter that Germany "imported barbarian rapist hordes"

Incredible the type of shit a state can get into when it's not really concerned with trying to improve the lives of anyone in it. You just have a lot more time to explore the studio space.

That is a huge improvement for the Mustang GT3. A much better shade of blue, paired with much more interesting shapes. Still keeps the horse and the red accents. This is fantastic.

Interesting get for McLaren, shame we're going to miss out on Sixth Season F2 Champion Richard Verschoor though.
This was probably the most news-y bit of McLaren's announcement. We already knew Verschoor was racing in ELMS, but now we have confirmation that it's a McLaren thing with a view to racing the Hypercar.

The president can do a lot of terrible things at any given time, but the president cannot cancel midterm elections by saying that he doesn't like them in Newsweek. It's really important to remember that, and many other things.

They're also taking a cautious approach watching the Sacramento Kings, Brooklyn Nets, New Orleans Pelicans, and Indiana Pacers, all of whom are coincidentally within a game in one direction or the other in the great chase for the worst record in the league.
New Washington Wizards star Trae Young is still recovering from MCL and quad injuries on the same leg and will be re-evaluated after the mid-February All-Star break, sources tell ESPN. The Wizards are taking a cautious approach with the injuries to their new trade acquisition.

Only 56% of Republicans are buying this shit even after a week of the admin trying to whip up generalized support for violence. Time to hammer down on it. It was already a moral imperative, now it's also a clear political winner.
New CNN polling:

Most Americans see an immigration officer’s fatal shooting of Renee Good as an inappropriate use of force. Roughly half view it as a sign of broader issues with the way ICE is operating, w/under 1/3 saying that ICE operations have made cities safer.

It must be a fascinating time to work in intelligence. Four years of spending your days ignoring real crimes to look into the fake stuff that's cooking the president's brain.
BREAKING: Hundreds of sensitive U.S. records obtained by WIRED undercut the Trump administration’s claims portraying Venezuela’s Tren de Aragua as a unified terrorist force invading the country. Intelligence agencies spent much of 2025 unsure TdA even functioned as an organization on U.S. soil.

Hundreds of records obtained by WIRED show thin intelligence on the Venezuelan gang in the United States, describing fragmented, low-level crime rather than a coordinated terrorist threat.
