You could cut down any given Zach LaVine game to about 18 seconds where he looks like the best scorer on Earth. Unfortunately it doesn't really go like that when you watch the actual game.

The Aces were in an identical situation today and they instead opted to let A'ja Wilson get what she could get in the post. .3 back on the clock mean this still might not be a game winner but that was about as heroic as it gets from a big.

Kings have started the preseason by generating three wide open looks. If you stopped looking at the play when the shots went up, it would seem pretty nice!

This Kings team has been compared to the DeRozan Bulls a lot for obvious reasons, but I think the DeRozan Spurs are a better comparison. Aimless group of decent players that make no sense together, some are young, some are old, and DeMar DeRozan is there.

This is the truth that Predator movie dialed into: historical fiction but the weird franchise guy is there is always a better idea than a legacy sequel. Godzilla Minus One is somehow also this.
