For long-term pescas, I basically agree with your article.

For those transitioning to vegan eating, eating vegan 5 days a week, then having one of two fish days is common. Soccer player Jermaine Defoe is the best high profile example that comes to mind.

Every time the government accepts money from the gambling industry, it increases its debts to companies whose business models are based on preying on young and vulnerable people, and doing them harm.

I found it interesting that when Bill Shorten was doing the rounds defending not banning gambling advertising, the 4 billion a year in revenue that State and Federal govts make from gambling, never came up.
