Every democracy needs at minimum 1 actual Carney right now. If you can’t get a 100% grade Carney, you’ll need to find four 25% grade Carneys just to try and remain viable but you still won’t have a complete Carney! Treat your democracy with great care, lest you elect an orange grifter, baby-man.
