Exactly! I need to ease back into working. If I hit it too hard, I’ll be back at square one. And I’ve fought too hard and too long (2 years!!!!!) to restore my health that was decimated by practicing

I don’t know yet. I would have to take their bar exam. I’m hoping that maybe I can do 1099 work for some firms reviewing medical records and writing medical chronologies. I can also pull depo exhibits, and I can even teach other lawyers how to depose a medical expert witness- that’s valuable!

Severe sanctions need to be given for this. I would support someone going on an all expenses unpaid trip to a disciplinary committee. It is our job to ensure everything in our work is true, correct, and good law. There is zero excuse for submitting briefs with fake cases.

I ended up in a window seat since I switched seats (I always pick aisle seat because I know I’ll have to pee) but I didn’t get up to use the bathroom once, please clap!

[I was scared to walk in front of my seat mate and have my butt in his face, it seems so rude]

My mom walked me inside the airport to help me check all my bags, then walked me to TSA. I was strong for her the whole time. Then as soon as she walked away, I cried

I seem to recall, my very first time flying first class, eating ice cream sundaes! My friend and I ate sundaes and watched Star Trek all the way to London 🥰 That was an international flight but maybe they’ll have a square of chocolate for me!
