Any chance you've got a friend that can run over in CD 8? I'm starving for a candidate that has the juice to post and wasn't alive during WW2
One day my California wife says to me:
"The Steelers? Weren't they the ones that were cheating by deflating footballs or something?"

Before that moment, I had absolutely *no idea* my brain could short circuit so quickly and severely from one sentence.
Maybe a 3rd party at best; it's going to be off to the wilderness for them.

The Seventh Party system will be "Let's pretend that never happened and go back to normal." Vs. "Nuremberg trials and re-education will continue until reconstruction is finished."
I'm always on the lookout for instances of:
"A very real and terrible problem was eradicated by this thing but I don't know about any of that that. What I *do* know is the thing is Glonzo and needs to be stopped."
Now i'm stuck imagining that it's just gig economy for murder under the hood, and how that would play out.
Baby, tell me more about LAMMPS
Yeah I'd imagine the biggest risk here is someone whispering to purple district Rs "you *know* this is falling apart... If you bail _first_, you're going to be remembered as the hero"

There's got to be 3 or 4 people out of 219 that can be persuaded.
Of course the Beatles were bigger than Jesus! There's four of them.
getting ready for saturday
Overhead catenary electric is much better than lugging a heavy battery around
I moved to CA and walked to the DMV. Registration, easy.
"Lemme get a license here too."
"This is an appointment to take test."
Instead of doing that I sent my car to charity and used transit.
Later during covid my old license was gonna expire and CA sent me one without taking the test. Yay covid
Every rail and trolley museum with an excursion line... I'm always thinking "hey, why not build this between two places that people who are not foamers want to travel between? C'mon, add a little productive transit, as a treat."
I believe people love slop
So I was explaining this article to my wife and her response was:
"Isn't that just pathos ethos and logos?"
"Uhh..? Maybe?? The article didn't mention that, but yeah maybe??"
They're really highlighting his neck vulva, huh
"listen up, beardy. i'd love to take the time to get to know you and earn your trust, but the cardasssssians are in that nebula and about to attack minos korva _right now_. we don't have time for grab ass. shut up and get us ready to throw hands."
it's like root beer to my ears
Yellow coat detective... wrist watch radio?

Wasn't one of the bad guys ... prune face? that can't be right. it was all messed up somehow?

I need to go look this up
The real best outcome here is we eventually get another Howard Hughes medical institute, but there is a great filter between that and the current immortality delusion crossed with tax shelter
A friend recently accepted a job with Larry Ellison's bio research thing.
"You know the point of that is only him trying to live forever?"
"They said it's not, but yeah, it is"

Though, on the other hand, anything that transfers billionaire money to a normal person is an ethical victory.
If you look at age, gender, party, and actuary tables, this house on average will have 3.2 democrats die in office within the first year, and 2.7 republicans do the same.

Now they selectively don't swear in replacements it's straight up -3.2 D.

Tolerating elderly incumbents has a real cost.
as a lark i grabbed the age/gender/party of this congress when seated, and actuarial tables (using probability of death in the next year)

The average outcome (i'm not gonna bother doing a distribution):
D's expected to lose 3.19 seats to death in the first year
R's expected to lose 2.73 seats
A grim possibility that I don't feel good having thought of:

Parents with personalities that won't cope well are more likely to not carry a down syndrome child to term, but autism is diagnosed after that option is closed.
