They're only $20 bill rolls... that's why.

Reposted by Aaron Sojourner

I am fairly certain that having rolls of $100 bills in a box is NOT one of the "5 best easy ways to earn a passive income"... but then, maybe I'm wrong, and that's why I don't have a box full of $100 bill rolls...

Congrats to @simine.com for winning the @einsteinberlin.bsky.social Individual award "Promoting Quality in Research" this year! Well earned!

It is worth noting that yesterday was the 80th anniversary of the Nürnberg trials, in which the United States and its allies tried and ultimately convicted war criminals. Those were the times.

I hear the building is still available.

I hope this means we'll continue to be able to buy foot long sandwiches without a background check. www.nytimes.com/2025/11/06/u...

Usually, "back to the office" mandates should have CEO's lead by example. And if you don't show up, you are fired. Not rewarded with even higher incentives. Can I get that "back to the office" BONUS as well??? Please?

Was driving along that weird stretch of US-Canada bisected street (the street is in Canada the houses on the southern side are in the US), and almost all the houses in the southern side, usually flying 🇺🇸, were flying 🇨🇦, with posters "Elbows up".

Quietly Canadian 🇨🇦

@nytimes.com ia starting to resemble Fox News in their selection of facts to highlight in their headlines and pictures.

This might actually be worse than that. This is an embedded Linux system connected to the internet. Embedded systems are notoriously poorly updated. What can possibly go wrong with this? blinkux.com/uploads/blin...

Are we sure it's not an orange skinned alien? I thought I caught a glimpse in MIB 3.5... Just a different skin...

Sorry, which picture is from what country? I can't tell which one comes from the country with the dead dictator.

When beds malfunction bc of a DNS failure, I think there's some overly poor/over-optimistic engineering at play. Anybody should be able to sleep even with a failed DNS infrastructure (except for the engineers who screwed it up). PSA: Jailbreak your bed! github.com/throwaway312...

Bummer you couldn't add this on, might be about right. Maybe time to revisit the idea...

Scoop: I have a picture of what the new facade of the WH East Wing will look like.

This is awesome! 🚫👑!

Death penalty in Afghanistan (10 in 2025) and... Some other extremist state... (14). For reference, Afghanistan population is 42 million, that other state: 23 million.

We don't know if he was using dial-up 📞... Is that less or more secure?

Are they investigating him bc he was keeping NOTES, or bc he was doing so on an **AOL email** 😲😭??

You mean it is now easier than ever to abduct and ransom somebody? Seems like an invention straight out of Guayaquil.

Agreed. Very clear, despite length. A must read. If folks didn't already suspect a scam/trap worthy of the best Nigerian prince, here's the detailed analysis.

A truly 🇩🇪 thing: having to finish your beer **before entering the bar**. Where presumably you'll have another one.

Ich glaub, das letzte Mal war ich vor über 30 Jahren in Hamburg...🤔1990? 😲

Quick: left or right? Which location requires more US troops to keep the peace?

I got it right, I guess. www.nytimes.com/2025/10/06/u...

Six surgeons general: RFK Jr. is a threat to the health of Americans.

"Secretary Kennedy is entitled to his views. But he is not entitled to put people’s health at risk." From people who clearly know what they are talking about.

It was our duty in office to warn of dangers when we found them. We’re doing that again today.
