i think as a transgender journalist, it's acceptable and makes sense for me to ask this

I'll go even further than just needing to ask permission

any AI model which uses other people's data or work should ask for permission AND offer compensation. Any AI model which doesn't do this should be immediately deleted - not reworked to take stuff out - wholesale deleted and you start again.

So GB News were found guilty of breaching the code as I and 71k others were right to point out BUT NO PUNISHMENT?! 1. I wouldn't call that a victory Good Law Project in hindsight and 2. time to bring down Ofcom... it is clearly not fit for purpose.
