i'm on a fictional shark wave, so another alien shark with alien sea grape parasite 🍇

two alien sharks swimming around each other
one is reddish i tone, the other one has tint of purple.
they both have this sea grape parasite. it grows on their skin, like moss, shooting long strings with grape like masses. the sea grape shares the name with earth's sea grape only because i couldn't come up with anything better lmao
alien sea grape prefers to be in water with stong current, it filters nutrients like a sponge. usually it grows on reefs, rocks. but sometimes its off shoots can catch a rough skin of a live creature and travel with it. this particular shark can co-exist with sea grape, and not feel its impact, but other species are either not suitable for the sea grape, or die of skin infection.
sea grape doesnt harm directly, but it can cause skin irritation and skin infection.
