my dad and I were having dinner and An Old Church Friend of his called him. My dad answered on speaker and I kept quiet. They knew me (I babysat their kids) and asked (via my deadname) how I was doing. My dad smiled at me and mouthed “watch this” and then was like “Actually she goes by Emma now…”
