For me it is either pork, chicken or hamburger when buying meat. Considering getting a couple of pigs and chickens for next year (I live on 10 acres in very rural farm country). Will probably also harvest a deer this year even though I am not crazy about the meat.

SCOTUS rulings have ALWAYS been politics by another means. When you have a brief, old document filled with undefined concepts (equal protection or due process anyone?) and an all powerful judiciary whose interpretation is law it is going to be abused. But it is what it is, until the country implodes

The big problem with academics is they categorize everything and apply strict definitions - if it doesn't fit a category or definition according to them it isn't it. Which is how academics miss a lot of things because experts don't want to learn anything new because then they wouldn't be experts
