11 (cont): when i pointed this out, he came back with a lease that mysteriously had a statement saying "residents must be out by 12PM"

this did not match the lease i had signed and retained a copy of. this is consistent with his willingness to falsify documents.

Holy Mountain is the worst movie night movie. I've tried to screen it several times and half the time everyone but me and two other nerds are tuned out or have left.
