Russia is made up of a bunch of ethnic minorities as well, especially those who were simply taken over. I've seen liberals specifically call for harm to civilians in russia and just endless bloodshed. It's an inappropriate response. Notice they do not do the same for Israel, or Saudi arabia or China

You're wrong but not in the way you thought. The person you're responding to is wrong that it's doxxing to publish public domain information. You are wrong on thinking it's only doxxing if you post where they live. Homes/property are public domain info.
It's legal until you incite harm/harassment.
