car repair shop where drivers routinely park in the bike lane i was told the city did it wrong that’s why

there was a dad who didn’t like it

three female cyclists said it was bad because of a potential issue with cars turning right… um are cars not looking for pedestrians… bikes in same space

the demand on the city to take into account private car storage as a central theme when talking about density, transit efficiency/expansion, bike/ped infra is such an untenable position that stifles growth & the ability for Chicago to plan for the next 100 years

was just thinking of this. auto centric policies are very expensive and getting more so

between the expense of roads, vehicles, insurance, gas, police, fire, rescue, mental/physical health etc…

i often thought of that 1st term about the children removed from their folks with no plan to reunite and the parents were deported
