I think Congress should 100% not get paid during shut downs. I also think their health insurance should be put on hold…after all if there’s no money for healthcare, there shouldn’t be money for their healthcare.

I don’t support office removal because it can be manipulated by the party in power.

This is so incredibly dangerous for our democracy. I’m pretty sure the deployments and actions of the national guard are directly affected by removing the adults in the room.

However, there’s hope that the remaining generals stay strong or revolt against a dictator.

Oregon is already gerrymandered to heck. There is only one Republican in Congress from Oregon.

I don’t support gerrymandering. I’d love to move to a system that prevents every state from it buuut right now, we can’t afford to let the GOP cheat the system.

I recently found myself wondering, was Politico always a right wing rag or did something change. So I looked it up and it was purchased by a very rich man in 2021.

I suspect the content is now Oligarch approved, like the Washington Post or other news organizations that’s are owned by the wealthy.

States need to start charging ICE agents, Homan & Noem with trafficking minors across state lines.

We keep acting like they can’t be arrested because they work for the fed. We need to start challenging lawlessness.
