Oh I had the snowbird and red arrows confused. Red arrows are the UK. I saw the other day the Thunderbird and blue angles are grounded.

Pilot had no tail rotor and they gave the plane power which resulted in autorotation. Not judging what happened but this is clearly a mistake. Maybe they thought they had tail rotor. Also seem they might be avoiding people.

🚁🇺🇸 Helicopter crashed in California on Beach, after crashing into a palm tree during the Cars and Helicopters festival — NBC News.

Five people were injured in the crash and hospitalized.
