I feel like a lot of the Sin traits are more cultural than inherent. Fizz holds a grudge for years, but so does Verosika. Stolas is horrified by M&M celebrating Wrath and then he trashes the office and beats the shit out of Andre (honorable mention to him yelling at Blitz for tipping the couch over)

I always struggle with when to tag a character. Like I‘m probably never going to tag M&M as a couple, but when is a conversation with M and/or M significant enough to tag them as characters?

My perhaps petty fandom opinion is that you should not be using more than a couple of relationship tags unless the fic is 25k+. We do not need a tag if the characters in question exchange three sentences or happen to be in the same room with each other.
