Hi all, I’ve been away as I’ve been v unwell and was left with postictal psychosis that got pretty bad. I’m at the point of the month where I can’t afford my special diet, nappies, incontinence pads, kool paks etc. so if anyone can help, I’d be v grateful.

I used to use Yardley’s lavender roll on on my forehead with migraines because it reminded me of my gran.

Even migraine meds can’t touch these postictal migraines. It depends where in the brain the seizure happens but they can be some of the worst pain I’ve experienced x
