Is there something out there in the US that allows someone to be mentored/apprentice something similar to a mangaka assistant, I wonder...? I have been obsessing over panels and tones lately, but I'm still pretty new to digital sequential work

My mother attempted to get me tested when I was a kid, but the doctors in 1990s Alaska dismissed her concerns by stating that it was a thing that was only diagnosed by white boys
Now I'm an adult having no clue if I'm on the spectrum 😰
