あすけん毎日入れてもう2ヶ月半だが胃が縮む実感はなく、インドカレーとかも余裕でやろうと思えば多分ナンごとおかわりする余裕もある

でもこれ以上食べたら体調悪くなるなって基準がだんだんわかってきたのが違いかもしれない。うむ
