People who are susceptible to easy answers for a complicated world are so very difficult to pull out of this mindset, it’s disheartening. You know it’s due to some personal thing but all the grifting and conspiracies darken their heart and make them distrusting of everybody

It’s also hard to explain to certain folks that a lot of times you’ll see supernatural or extraterrestrial reasons being given for ancient civilizations’ creations, and it usually amounts to “There’s no way nonwhite people could have made this, so it was clearly aliens”

👽 Whenever I see YouTube comments hoping for the channel to grow more and more, it feels like they’re enacting some sort of pagan curse on the creator in question

I’ve never seen a channel growing being only positive without resulting in either a decrease in quality or people try to ruin their life
