Most terrifying is my ongoing art installation "The Defarge Project," a list of every inner circle MAGAt found guilty so far, Tunisian crocheted in a knit stitch prison stripe motif. There will be so many now I won't live long enough to finish it. 🧶

"The Defarge Project" by MadStash Designs, an ongoing political art installation worked in Tunisian crochet knit stitch depicting every guilty MAGAt in Shitler's inner circle, depicted in an old-timey black and white prison stripe motif. The title of the project references the Dickens character Madame Defarge in "A Tale of Two Cities," who knitted the names of the aristocracy headed to the guillotine. The list of those in this administration who will eventually be found guilty has grown exponentially since I began this project and I no longer expect to live long enough to complete it, but I have every intention of working toward that goal nevertheless. My list has 14 names thus far, depicted at the top of the panel are Ellis, Chesebro, Powell, Navarro, Weisselberg, Bannon, Broidy and Nader.

Dearest new crocheters: I am again seeing a spate of convoluted tutorials on how to get straight edges. The ONLY thing you have to do is pass your yarn from left to right under your hook when you turn, or turn your work in a manner that would accomplish the same thing. That's it. Easy peasy. 🧶
