This is my process for printing my proxies as of 6/1/25.

I use mpcfill.com to get all the card images I’m looking for. I save the cards as images or if it’s for a specific set of cards, download the XML file. I also get the cards backs there.

It’s time for Vancouver to have an MLB team so they don’t feel obligated to root for an east coast team just because they’re in the same country. It would be like if the Yankees were the sole team from the US playing in the World Baseball Classic. I’d rather root for team Japan.

One thing I hate about sports is when fans antagonize or vilify a rival fan base. The vast majority of us are just people who use sports as an escape from the horrors and doldrums of everyday life. There will always be bad actors in any group large enough but don’t let them define the community.

Life is harsh and cruel. Baseball is one of the few things to bring me joy. Even at the year’s lowest point, I looked forward to getting off work and watching my Mariners. It’s brought my mom and I closer and made new fans of my non-baseball friends. It is an immense source of happiness in my life.
