we should have never let social network kill blogs, phpbb forums and community websites.

the web of 2002-2010 was far superior compared to what we have today and 90% of our current problems comes from that.

also i miss the good old web design from that period.
bring back iframes layouts.
i don't want to hear your most boomer complaint. what's your most millennial complaint?
To be more precise, this is very likely to come from "Aplauso", a music programme from TVE1 broadcast between 1978 and 1983.

Unlike the BBC, which kept the TOTP brand for more than 40 years, TVE opted for launching a pop music programme that lasted a few years and then got replaced by another one.

Mi plan para los próximos minutos: escuchar a Cher en la radio 😎
Ooooh yeah. In fact, only a fraction of the songs and artists that came from English-speaking countries made it to the Spanish charts, so it's interesting to find out what we missed or what, even if it reached the Spanish charts back then, isn't played that often these days.
Because I'm younger and from another country? 😂
When I post about TOTP (and the DJ lore I'm building every Friday), I do it from a younger outsider's perspective because of the generational and geographical differences. I already know some songs because they are played on the Spanish radio stations, but others are new to me.
To be honest, I prefer older music than the trendy/top 40 stuff of today.

During my childhood, I listened to a mix of both. As soon as the 00s came to an end, I switched to the older stuff because it's better 😎. The rest is just hoarding information and using my imagination.
Don't worry, it's not the end of the world 😂. But yeah, I'm 28.

I was a little girl when I discovered the banger that got me into Kylie and I've loved her songs ever since:

Naaah, I wasn't born yet during the election 😂. It took me a few more weeks.
Genial 👌🏻.

Imagine changing your job and having to renew your ID every time. It would be a pain in the arse!
I absolutely agree with you the older I am, especially after COVID.

Do you remember the hype around Tony Blair and when he became Prime Minister? That's how old I am 😂
No clue, to be honest. A few decades ago, the Spanish one even included the job you had. Thank goodness that doesn't exist anymore because that would be really problematic in today's economy.
Me neither. I can't believe it's been 8 years since that! 🤯
I'll listen to it. I know it has quite a few bangers on it, so the experience will be more pleasant 😎
