We love innovation. This Aubert & Mathieu is a blend of #Carignan sparkling w/barley & wheat malts. It has a pet-nat vibe & a 8.6% ABV. The pallet brings strawberry, rhubarb & vanilla. It’s refreshing & different without being too weird.
