Archaeology isn't just about what happened centuries ago. It continues to explore the story of humanity up to the present day.
Jennifer Lawrence can act more with her eyes than most actors can with a whole script. See the Hunger Games shot where a little girl says "I'm going to volunteer just like you!"
You're right, and I said that badly. I apologize.
It also possible that some of the people who can't make a living stink at it. Not everyone is an underpaid genius.
I still cheer SpaceX. No one makes anything like them when it comes to low-cost space transportation, and my friends there can't help who owns the joint.
Two characteristics of a functional democracy are 1) they enforce the laws with fairness and equality, and 2) they FOLLOW the laws while enforcing them.
There is a weird irony here if you look at right-wing sites. They claim (seriously) the GOP is full of weak compromisers while Democrats play hardball.
Good luck. You are in the right.
On what alleged +%}}^+¥#~ legal grounds?
Agree. I'm published as a space historian and followed the moon race closely, and there was a LOT about their story I did not know.
It looked to me as longtime ex-GIL observer that Harris and her people made mistakes. Friendly media only, party with celebrities, while they let Trump define her as a leftist lightweight. She never showed the deep policy understanding the two Clintons did, but Trump showed none: it was winnable.
The Democrats gave it an absurdly irrelevant name, which let the Republicans define it as they wished. Idiots.
I thought the idea was that he wanted the Nobel prize that went to Venezuela so he was going to invade and take it by force :)
The example most often given is the high % of women doctors in the USSR. I read in an old Foreign Policy issue (sorry, reference long lost) that it was accurate but the position of doctor did not carry the prestige and income as in the West and fewer men competed to enter. Do you know if that's so?

A systematic review of 511 studies showed that immunisation against COVID-19, RSV, and influenza was safe and effective in people of all ages.
I don't know how anyone can consider it a myth anymore with countless good sightings by scientists, pilots, etc. My mother, a well-educated woman, watched a ball float in and out our window in FL, and two aerospace engineer friends in CO watched a green ball bounce across the road in front of them.
It probably would fly like a semi-truck with wings.
Fascinating. It'll be interesting to see what it does when human trials are approved. Fingers crossed.
A new paper just out indicates bowhead whales, which have been proven to live to well over 200, have much greater capabilities than humans to repair DNA mutations. Promising like for future research.
I can't imagine the concept as drawn is even flyable.
I'm not sure if I live on Earth anymore. Apparently I stepped into an alternate dimension. www.msn.com/en-us/politi...
