I got home. She exaggerated it to the point where it sounded like I was losing control of my life but in reality, I had never had control of my life until then. That control that was lost was her control over me. That was what she was fighting for. Having control over me.

And that I think was what really woke me up to how controlling my mother was being at the time. I went out once a month to a bar with some friends for about 4 months out of a year period completelystone cold sober. The way she described it, I was coming home at 5am drunk and high every night.

Sometimes I think about how small my world used to be. I didn't go anywhere new or exciting, just the same 10 restaurants with my parents for years. Couldn't go anywhere on my own until I was 18 and not much until 21. And even then, I'd get yelled at for coming home late once a month or less.

Last year I got myself a bunch of different blue raspberry flavored candies to try. Blue Raspberry is my favorite common candy flavor and I'm thinking of doing that again this year for myself.

Just realized there was an additional layer to the rainbow snakes in A Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. The color they are is a real color of a color morph of some captive snakes. It never appears in the wild and is 100% bred into them. Annnnnnnd it causes a BUNCH of health issues and is only

Also, no one is trying to make them feel bad. I want them to use their souls to make the morally correct decision to either forego seeing the movie or do so in a way that will not put money in a transphobe's pocket. If seeing it makes you feel bad, that's between you and jiminy cricket.

You do realize that the entire reason it sold half as well as it did is because a bunch of 4channers bought multiple copies to drive up sales, right? Like literally they were bragging about it. Of the people who bought it to actually play, it would not have made a profit.
